Another morning, another opportunity to keep on with my 7 min Tibetan Rite workout.
Yesterday I did these in the evening, but I do want to get into the habit of doing them once I get up in the morning.
Keeping to 7 reps for now, and after rites, shower and getting dressed, I am all agile and feeling great, heading to Warwick for the day to a work conference.

That’s great - well done. I prefer doing them in the morning - great start to the day (I just have to make sure I get up promptly or set alarm a little earlier!). Today I managed 7 reps. Rite 2 I adapted - did one leg at a time and only raised my head a little, which was better. 😊👍 Not sure how many reps to aim for but going to try 8 tomorrow.

Sounds good. I’ll stay at 7 reps for a bit. I might jump up by 2-3 reps at a time though. I’ll see.
The simplicity allows you to explore each movement, and I do like this.
