Another morning, another opportunity to keep on with my 7 min Tibetan Rite workout.
Yesterday I did these in the evening, but I do want to get into the habit of doing them once I get up in the morning.
Keeping to 7 reps for now, and after rites, shower and getting dressed, I am all agile and feeling great, heading to Warwick for the day to a work conference.
