Rowvember: yup I committed to rowing every day in November

Rowvember! Yup, I did commit to rowing every single day in November! 😳 So far, so row!

I’m quite late with bragging about it, as I wasn’t sure I was going to keep it going. But keep going I did!

I’m doing it with Dark Horse Rowing and a web app, with some social functionality (but not as nice as this HU forum 😘)

There are short rowing sessions (today’s is 10 minutes) and long ones (ufff, 60 minutes), and anything inbetween.

There are rows to focus on technique, rows that push you all the way to the brink, and plenty of recovery rows that just give you a bit of somethjng different whilst you fall into a meditative stroke of 20 strokes per minute.

Too late for people to join from the start, but it’s free and access to past rows is available through an app. Details at

darkhorserowing.com/rowvemb...

For those who row regularly, happy rowing in November! And why not make it a ROWVEMBER!

Haha thank you!! 🙏 I considered calling it STEPVEMBER but thought it looked silly…you’ve proven me wrong! I’m gonna do STEPTEMBER next year 👏

Awwwhh thank you. Not really that gruelling. Rowing is gentler to the body than running, I find but still challenging.
