First Pilates Class!

Yesterday I saw a Pilates class advertised, so emailed the lady and she sounded really nice and welcoming, so I went along this evening. There were about 8 women, and 3 of us were new, so that was nice.. I was afraid I'd be the only newbie not knowing what to do 🙉 The class was about an hour, and was good! I'd say I'll feel my stomach muscles tomorrow though 😁

That’s brilliant! Well done! We are getting increasingly Pilates yogis here on S&F. Next month is March Matness, so have a lookout for those posts. They are easy, single poses per day, and last year I got to know the basic poses through March Matness!
