It’s been a busy few months with quite a few challenges! So thanks to everyone who took part in the March Matness, and just before, the 7 Day James Dunne challenge! Also huge thanks to ChannelRunner2 , whose March Matness is such a great resource of Pilates movements that can be returned whenever needed to during the whole year. Thank you!
So we are back to our regular rolling out of our monthly Pilates and Yoga Mats.

If you are just joining us, big WELCOME to you and any new Virtual Workout Buddies! A short daily practice of Yoga or Mat Pilates is perfect to get some S&F into your day. And feel free to - as Adriene says - “find what feels good”, meaning if your knees feel too sensitive, amend that Child’s Pose. And if you find full planks are the stuff of nightmares, rather do half planks than full ones. Do whatever feels right to get the maximum enjoyment from these daily sessions. And definitely get creative with props.
Upwards, crow-wards and down dog-wards another months practice!
