It sounds like a few of us would be keen to work on upper body strength. After chatting to Curlygurly2, I've decided to stop procrastinating 🤩
I'll start my plan this Monday, 17th July. It's a very gradual plan so the first few sessions are very, very brief. I think I'll incorporate them into the Tibetan rites to begin with and see how it goes.
