It sounds like a few of us would be keen to work on upper body strength. After chatting to Curlygurly2, I've decided to stop procrastinating ๐คฉ
I'll start my plan this Monday, 17th July. It's a very gradual plan so the first few sessions are very, very brief. I think I'll incorporate them into the Tibetan rites to begin with and see how it goes.
I don't know if I'll be able to tag people here, but I'll try anyway! ToothPickJafah, dijep, Curlygurly2, Kevin41, CBDB. I'll post regularly so we can discuss our progress and I very much welcome any suggestions / comments you may have to improve the plan.
And I'm stealing ToothPickJafah's call to arms. Let's get strong together! ๐ช๐ฝ๐

Exciting! Just in case the tagging didnโt work above, here another tag! ToothPickJafah dijep Curlygurly2 Kevin41
Iโll be joining late as Iโm still in Covid bed mode but will have to find a gentle way to build up strength again. Tibetan rights and some quick push up workouts might just be it.
yeah, it works for me if I leave only a space between tags, no comma. And it should pop up with the tagged name.
Iโm feeling a bit better, first day up and sitting with a coffee in the garden now. Just walking around the garden is exhausting, but itโs nice to be vertical again!
It's good that you're feeling a bit better. Hopefully you'll notice an improvement every day ๐ค My husband's just come down with covid so I'm guessing it's a matter of days before I get it too... First time for both of us, I guess we've been very lucky not to get it until now. It was bound to happen sometime ๐คทโโ๏ธ
yeah, I think the worst phase lasted not as long as last time I had it. (This is the 3rd time). So Iโm hoping the virus strains are by now weaker and our jabs are also doing their thing!
Hello Beatlesforever, 3 years ago I was challenged to do 100 pushups a day in May by a person no longer on this forum, namely UnfitNoMore, not heard from him for a long time, I completed the challenge on 31st May 2020, it took me 18 minutes with around a 95 second break between each session of 10 pushups, good luck for your pushups.
That looks an excellent plan. I know my arms are getting weak and I find using weights really painful! Iโll certainly give this a try and start on Monday too. Thanks for posting it.
