For all those travelers on airports, bus or train stations, have a look at this short, 13 min Yoga practice that YWA just dropped today.

It only involves standing (and bending) poses, so no need to have a mat or sit/lie/crouch on the ground.

Seems perfect when you are on the go, and waiting for your next ride!
