Day 23/24 

Blue for cardio. Intermediate. 

Penultimate card, team!  And although lunges are my nemesis, linking them to rows might just mean they’ll become my friend. We’ll see!

Thanks CBDB I completed that exercise outside again, using the washing line support in mum's back garden. It was in the rain this time and I needed to use pallets again to get above the puddle around the pole! 😂 I'm away tonight so I hope tomorrow's exercise will be indoors as I'll be in a hotel room.🤞

Well, you could use a doorhandle and a Theraband... Worked for me... 😉

It’s a minor win for me-happy to report that I did the lunge element. Knees are recovered enough to start exercising again. Right wrist is ok for light weights. Left still pretty sore. Felt great to be doing something!

More mental floss! Not sure why, I had a hard time coordinating the arm and leg movement. The key turned out to be moving my mat far enough away from the doorhandle (aka panhandle 🤣) - and then the combo worked. I tried very hard to keep my upper body still - unlike the video demo - as I gather from the card that is what is supposed to happen. At least, it made it harder for me...

Fabulous. I will do these tonight, but yes, some of these movements look so easy. For mid anchor I step outside the room and use the closed door as the anchor. And for a few exercises I had to try them, stop, come back in where I left my phone, refer to picture and video, and try again! 🤣🤣🤣
