That was tough CBDB I’m clearly going to need to work on my arm and shoulder strength! 💪😖
I need more workouts for that too... just got my slightly heavier weights out!
I found it easier to keep my arms raised like this than the arm circles from yesterday... I did have to concentrate especially with my right leg back to make sure I kept my balance - using a light Theraband. I followed up with the arm circles from yesterday, so I keep strengthening my arms and shoulders!
Yes, as I thought this was difficult for me. And it was. Somehow my knees are too stiff to get one knee right down to the ground. It doesn’t hamper my running or rowing or other yoga positions, apart from lunges. Hey Ho.
