I'll have to figure out an alternative (again) as my space isn't big enough to hook a band around the couch AND do a blank... 🤔 I am noticing that this is part of what makes this fun for me: It forced me to get my creative juices flowing 🤣
Edit: As soon as I got up: Maybe the BACK leg will work! Sometimes it pays to look... 🙈
Edit 2: Didn't work... the Theraband is too short... So, I used a loop on my thighs just above the knee! It worked 🥳 I used a light one, though I'll try again with a medium... (I use these as they don't roll up reformerloops.com/collectio... )
I’m sorry but I’m out for now! Had a fall and have hurt my wrists and elbows. Knees are a bit bruised and grazed but otherwise fine. If there are any suitable ones that are legs only I’ll try those. I was really enjoying this challenge! Gutted!!

Thanks for the good wishes! I was lucky it wasn’t (more of) my face. Just about managed to get my arms out in front of me before I hit the floor. Hopefully walking will be on the cards pretty quickly. Will be taking things easy and seeming how it goes.
Noooo. I'll have to try a one sided plank!! My left arm is still iffy!Okay..I can do an upright left foot standing crunch..bringing my right knee to my left elbow.... by hooking the band under the leg of a very heavy low table ...

I managed but without hooking a band anywhere! However, I do have one of those bands that channelrunner mentioned she used on her thigh so might try again (tomorrow) using one of those.

Well I did it but couldn't use any of my bands, either too short to or nowhere to anchor the long one. So a resistance band challenge without using a resistance band 😂😂
