Having just committed to one workout plan in my last post, I had to completely rethink it due to my walking (walking! WALKING!!) injury.

Well it’s a pulled calf muscle, so I should be back to normal in a couple of weeks.

So yesterday I did a Pilates with weights session, and today a quick 10 min, lying down and weights session.

I do like these, as you feel you are not exhausting yourself, but your arms definitely get a workout!

Great for a lunchtime little workout diddy!

meant to ask, so did we come third in the Running World cup?? I forgot all about it and so just saw the app and was invited to download the certificate. 😆😆🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

yes, I was ill with flue right in the last weeks of it, so I didn’t get to chip in or announce.

Last year we came fourth but this year we were further down, I think 8th or such.

But so well done us!

I thought we were 3rd, but I could have have got that wrong, maybe it was wishful thinking! 😃

Just checked again. We were 5th in the round before the finals, but didn’t manage to improve on this for the finals. Image below is the final result, first 4 places. But hey, we did well. We are always consistently in the top 10 of participating nations, so that’s brilliant!
