Have you found your perfect cool location to work out without overheating? Did you find a place to have a cooling swim? Any tricks and tips to keep cool whilst working out? Let’s hear them!
I’ve had to cut down my cross-training considerably, as we have guests staying with us. So the indoor rowing machine moved from the guest bedroom to the living room, and it doesn’t feel as deliciously private anymore! Add the heat, and I can see my workout minutes drastically shrinking, but we’ll see how it goes! I certainly am now dreaming of a shaded, cool, women-gym-shed!!
I am also aware some of us may have just finished the second time around with James Dunne! Awesome!
