The only incident was, while doing the flamingo with the flamingo-coloured band, I returned to standing and the band snapped out of my hand. Quite a sound and a wallop that produced!
Iβll have to skip this day, as it was too full with work + a run, a row and twice post run/row stretches. Also my son stole his resistance bands back! π€π
Day 21 done. A tick the box exercise compared to the previous stage! Balance exercises challenging of course! I've begun standing around on one leg at every opportunity in an effort to improve my balance. π
I managed to very thoroughly do the whole chabang just now, as today I had no run or row scheduled! So this would be the only workout for the whole day! π³π±
Also finally my very own, cheap-o latex resistance bands arrived, and starting with the low and medium, these are both lighter than the higher quality fabric ones from my son!
But Iβm not complaining!
1: Resistance Band Squats β Yey! Sooo easy! (Iβll be celebrating that!)
#2: SL Resisted Toe Touch β I alternated with above 10 squats, then 10 toe touches, then repeat as many times as needed, which worked well. Still have to have a ledge for balance, but otherwise ok-ish.
#3: Lateral Resistance Band Walk - knees very much happier as my resistance bands are lighter than the ones I borrowed from son until now. Yey! (Celebrating again! π₯³)
#4: SL Rotations with Resistance Band β still awkward with balance issues and what exactly rotated, upper body? Hips? Leg? Everything kind of moves when I do these despite needing a ledge again, for stabilisation.
