Hey all. I’ve signed up to this app because it was free and the exercises are delivered in short sessions of 10-15 mins. They are either targeted at a specific muscle group or a theme. This morning I did a “better booty” workout and then a dance kickbox aerobic thing which finished me off haha. So far I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried. The stretches are a bit short so I pause my phone and hold longer. Some instructors add modifications other not so much but I figure out my own. I’ve yet to try a yoga. Does anyone else use it?
