Hey all. I’ve signed up to this app because it was free and the exercises are delivered in short sessions of 10-15 mins. They are either targeted at a specific muscle group or a theme. This morning I did a “better booty” workout and then a dance kickbox aerobic thing which finished me off haha. So far I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried. The stretches are a bit short so I pause my phone and hold longer. Some instructors add modifications other not so much but I figure out my own. I’ve yet to try a yoga. Does anyone else use it?
Not tried this one yet... just installing it now. I use Nike training club a lot as when I’m following one of the plans on Nike run club, it makes me use it... but I can get my butt kicked by several apps!
Installed and could be just what I need... Nike apps don’t allow you to have an active plan on each at the same time, now I can have a workout one and a run one. Will see how I get on with it.
As a home worker I like what I’ve seen so far... though I’m starting the plan tomorrow... fitting in 20-30 minutes here and there suits me much more than hitting the gym (mine is still open) for an hour as that takes up a two hour slot. I live in gym clothes now, so a 20 minute workout takes me 21/22 minutes tops.
I've downloaded it too. Will see how it goes. I like yoga so picked stretchy calm options and begrudgingly put a tick against strength 😍. Thanks for the recommendation.
