I think I’m “normal” 🤣🤣🤣

I’ve always done a lot of squatting... ‘protecting’ my back, but knackering my knees! 😬

I can’t squat at the moment as my knees are still too unbendy but getting there again. I used to be feet outward squatter.

Hmmm, I guess I'm "normal" (makes a change 🤣)...

But I can also squat deep in all three stances... I do think I have an amount of hypermobility in my hips and ankles though so that might be it.

Possibly. Certainly my "butterfly" pose is improved, whilst my knees may not be on the floor my feet can't getting any closer to my pelvis without disappearing 🤣🙈

that's really interesting, thanks for posting it! One of the warm up at my gym is the 27 squats -like in this video (but we only do the first one not the split stance) Can't wait for next week: no more zoom classes, going back to the gym outdoor!

Interesting! Great link! And yes, as a lockdown runner I am now daunted by the thought of going to a real Parkrun, but also excited!

👍🏽 great! I’m still working up to them. Used to yogi squat a lot without knowing it was a yogi squat, than knees became the problem thus am doing higher squats, now working towards it again. There should be a “Couch to 20 Squats” podcast! 😂😂

Ooh interesting! I'm a toes out. Did a lot of squatting while weeding the garden yesterday. I think I overdid it.😳 I'll be kinder to my knees today!
