I think Iโm โnormalโ ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
Iโve always done a lot of squatting... โprotectingโ my back, but knackering my knees! ๐ฌ
Hmmm, I guess I'm "normal" (makes a change ๐คฃ)...
But I can also squat deep in all three stances... I do think I have an amount of hypermobility in my hips and ankles though so that might be it.
Or maybe all those strength and flexibility workouts have done their thing? ๐๐ฝ๐๐ช๐๐พโโ๏ธ
that's really interesting, thanks for posting it! One of the warm up at my gym is the 27 squats -like in this video (but we only do the first one not the split stance) Can't wait for next week: no more zoom classes, going back to the gym outdoor!

Interesting! Great link! And yes, as a lockdown runner I am now daunted by the thought of going to a real Parkrun, but also excited!
Wow! Brilliant. I think yogi squats are brilliant for knees! Love it!
Normal to retro thingy.
Ooh interesting! I'm a toes out. Did a lot of squatting while weeding the garden yesterday. I think I overdid it.๐ณ I'll be kinder to my knees today!
