Possibly. Certainly my "butterfly" pose is improved, whilst my knees may not be on the floor my feet can't getting any closer to my pelvis without disappearing 🤣🙈
that's really interesting, thanks for posting it! One of the warm up at my gym is the 27 squats -like in this video (but we only do the first one not the split stance) Can't wait for next week: no more zoom classes, going back to the gym outdoor!
👍🏽 great! I’m still working up to them. Used to yogi squat a lot without knowing it was a yogi squat, than knees became the problem thus am doing higher squats, now working towards it again. There should be a “Couch to 20 Squats” podcast! 😂😂
