Hi folks,

I’m on week 6 now on c25k and thought it would be a good idea to pair it with the strength and flex programme.

I’ve just done w1 session1 and was just wondering how others were getting on.

Does the program work as well as c25k?

I love the way on c25k works on increasing stamina, is this similar?

😀

Welcome to the forum, and yes. When I was doing the S&F I had similar experiences of progressing as on C25k. So I’d definitely stick with it. It’s good and also goes in little steps. You don’t notice the increase but suddenly bench dips and co are not a problem anymore.

Thanks for that. Do I do it the same as c25k as in the same one 3x per week before moving onto week 2. Forgive me if I dosing a bit dense 😜

Yes, exactly. Each podcast is meant to be repeated 3 times. That then gives you also 3 C25k runs and 3 workouts per week plus 1 recovery day. 👍🏽😃💪
