Just started the NHS 12 Week Fitness Plan and just done my first Strength and Flex if was ok and I felt that I had a workout though I felt this was best done outdoors as I don't have anything like metal railings shoulder height indoors. I'll go to my local park in future as they have the cross training equipment (Note to myself don't forget the hand sanitiser).
I'm doing a 30 minute run tomorrow and I'll continue the second Strength and Flex in the park on Thursday.

Oh well done! Hope you will enjoy it as much as I did! It certainly reconnected me with my garden, as well.
If you are looking to do these indoors, and do not have a railing or ledge, a pull-up bar installed in a doorway is really handy. They are fairly cheap (Argos has them in the UK), and can be easily taken on or off, for when not in use.
But I have also always preferred doing this program outside!
