Just started the NHS 12 Week Fitness Plan and just done my first Strength and Flex if was ok and I felt that I had a workout though I felt this was best done outdoors as I don't have anything like metal railings shoulder height indoors. I'll go to my local park in future as they have the cross training equipment (Note to myself don't forget the hand sanitiser).
I'm doing a 30 minute run tomorrow and I'll continue the second Strength and Flex in the park on Thursday.
