No energy left for a run? Do a FitOn!

After leading on a 2-day virtual residential in front of 3 screens, I was utterly exhausted but still felt I missed getting a bit of exercise and stretching my body out!

So it’s really nice to have FitOn on my phone, and be able to filter for a low impact, 30min and low intensity workout on a mat. Up came Cardio Dance with Breann, just the thing to do that little bit of movement to make my body not feel as if it had been sitting in front of screens all day!

Good fun, but I could do with a bigger screen than my iPhone!

Goodness, you did so well to get up and dance after your residential, sounds tough, so far away from the real experience of a residential, what huge adjustments you are having to make along with many others, challenging times. You definitely need to get a bigger screen. Take care 🤗

Yes! I’m playing with the idea of getting a second hand iPad just to support watching workout videos 🤣🤣🤣

It still feels, even after 6 month, as if we are living in a dystopian novel. Really strange, at times sad and mentally challenging.
