โ๏ธ This morning I spent a very nice 45 min in a sun-lit corner of my living-room doing aerobics (for beginners) with Laura (correction: Leigh).

๐ช By now I know Leigh from her Wake-Up Session, and Iโd say this is a little, but manageable step up from that.
๐ฆตAfter a warm-up with a lot of walking, knee bending and arm lifting, she works us through a routine which can be scaled to 3 different fitness levels, the easiest being low-impact. So just right for me!
๐ฃ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐ง๐ฟโโ๏ธ๐ดโโ๏ธ๐ธ Again my arm-leg coordination is at times all over the place, which feels quite embarrassing as it looks so simple. But even in my fitter days, I have to admit that my exercise was solely through a lot of cycling and tennis, with a bit kayaking and climbing thrown in. (Yes, that was me in my 20s, sigh).
๐น๐๐ฝ๐บ๐ผ๐บ And I never danced either, being in a band, hiding behind an instrument rather than being on the dance floor. I might have seen myself as one of the cool ๐ kids, but my coordination was and still is zero.
๐ So workout routines with moving legs to certain arm movements feel totally new to me. But willing to learn, and so by the end I was waving my arms - somewhat coordinated - with the grapevine movement of the legs! Yup, an official name, I learned!
๐ All good fun and I was sweaty by the end of it, but could adjust the movements to my level of ability!
๐๐ฝ Another thumbs up for me, although not quite as fun as the belly dancing or the wake-up routine.
