Yup. I finished 5 weeks of Laura coaching me through the Strength and Flex exercises. 🏋🏾♀️🧘🏽♂️Now why does my podcast player still say “inactive”? 😉
These podcasts have been part of my routine within the NHS 12 Week fitness plan (nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1..., alternating with 30min consolidation runs. And so I have to say good bye 👋🏽 to Laura, and hello Mr Anonymous of week 6. Str & Flex will return in week 12.
For now, after both a cat and a chicken (appropriately distanced) watched me do standing pull-ups, wide squats, tree hugs, and all sorts of other fitness shenanigans I am ready for the next week.
