Still adapting to how quiet roads and towns are while delever ing this week. This week's exercise has really got me through mentally. Here's my week. Please stay safe everyone

Barbell flat chest press 4x8 (45 60 60)

Db incline press 4x8 (20 20 20 20)

Db flat chest press 4x8 (27 27 27 27)

Diamond press 3x10 (20 20 20) (ss)

Chest pull over 3x10(20 20 20) (ss)

Skull crusher 4x10 (10 10 10 10 [ss]

Tricep kick back 4x10 (10 10 10 10) [ss]

Push up burn out 1 set (25)

Tuesday

Overhead press 4x8 (25 30 35 )

Great workout week for you JL, not sure about that skull crusher exercise, that sounds nasty if not dangerous, anyway keep safe.
