There we have it 16 5ks done and 14 left. I have been very humbled by the amount of people looking to run with me. Not as much gym work this week due to a few reasons, although I did do a bit of sparring in my boxercise. Well I just felt like a punch bag.

Cable Tricep pull Down 3x10 (6 6 6) ss

Squats 3x15 (body weight) ss

Thankyou. They're going well. Feeling okish. Today now is a different story. Just don't doing good at all. Hopefully it will pass for later
