Hurry, last chance before Christmas ....

🌲🌲🌲 Just 30 days left before Christmas Day. 🌲🌲🌲

And you know what that means? yes, you too have time to start and finish a 30 day yoga challenge before Christmas day- you'll be able to enjoy your Christmas dinner with peace in your soul, strength in your body and flexibility in your joints 😍

Annnnnddddd - don't feel you have to save it until the New Year, because I have two, if not three more 30 day challenges from Adriene all ready for your New Year resolutions 😍

The 30 day series I've linked to below is fab! I'm three weeks in and loving it. I wasn't particularly into yoga prior to this, but I'm now convinced it's a great form of cross-training to support our running.

So ... hurry, hurry, don't delay .... Christmas is almost here

That looks fantastic! I follow Cat Meffan and GaboSaturno on YouTube - they are also awesome :)

Your yoga is in a whole different league to mine Ju-Ju, but I will take a look, thanks. Nice to be able to ring the changes and hear someone else's descriptions of poses, especially when it's online rather than in a class 😍

I am no guru at all....! I think I prefer online as I get more in the zone than in a class!

Thank you for this reminder Linda 😍 I was thinking about starting this and your reminder has jogged my memory. I am still here on the IC (and thoroughly fed up of it!) but I have been doing my strength exercises (mainly glutes) and try to do a yoga class once a week and the odd bit at home.

I did Day 1 this morning and loved it, I was lucky as it had some nice hip stretches which I can't get enough of at the moment! Hope I can keep it up every day, announcing my intention here will give me a push!

Good to see you making progress with your running and still remaining committed to the strength and flex work. Awesome! 👏👏👏

Fabulous! Great to have someone else on board 🙂 So far, everyone who's started it has said they like it. I can't believe you're still injured - it's been way too long, so unfair. Hopefully the New Year will bring a chance for you to put all that glute work to the test. In the meantime, here's a little patience (sorry, I don't have much of that) and a lot of healing vibes. Take care 😘

Thanks Linda. I'm hoping I can start running again in the new year - thanks for the patience, I could do with a little more - and the healing vibes ❤ xx
