Last few weeks I've been feeling it big time to fit everything in with new job etc. I have pushed through (I think so anyway) , being sore, tired. I've done 3 hard gym sessions this week. X2 5ks and 3 1hr walks plus long hours in work. Yesterday I was going to give up the gym & just go back to running. Any way I went today and was talking to a couple and they told stick at it. One convinced me to take a pic with top off. My jaw dropped. I don't see these things. This has give me a new lease of life to keep at it. Where I dreamt of being last August is so close now. Was also told my clothes look too big on me. Just a wee bit more and I'll be there or there abouts. I've done a time line. August last year, March and then this morning. I actually near cried. Apologies for the so much skin but this I'm very pleased about.
