Clean eating went well today. Body definitely crying out it for chocolate. I'm resisting OK at the minute.

PT couldn't do tonight so I thought I would see how far I've came. Changed Barbell Bench press to db as I don't like doing them on my own. Weights are really up followed by a good run.

Gym....

Row Arms over hand 200m

Row Arms under hand 200m

DB Bench press 4 sets 7 reps (20 25 25 27.5x5) KG

Incline Bench press 3sets 6 reps (20 22.5 22.5) KG

(super set)

Db flys 3 sets 12 reps (10 12.5 12.5) KG

Tricep extension cabke 3 sets 12 reps (7bar 9bar 10bar)

Push ups 2 sets x15 reps

Run 4.8k 24mins 21 secs pace 4.59/km

I broke into a sweat half way through reading that 🤣. No way on earth I could run 5k after a gym session... great job Johnny.

That run took all I had. My legs where still feeling Fridays leg session which was

Squats 4x7reps (80 80 80 80) KG

DB Lunges 4x20(10each leg) (12kg)

G squat 4x15 (20kg)

Leg press 3x15 (70kg 70KG 1x90kg)

Leg curl 4x12 (25 bar)

Leg curl machine 4x12 (25 bar)

Calf raises 4x15(60 60 60 70) KG

Bike 8 rounds 20 secs hard 10 secs recovery

(this is bloody awful. Bike with bars. You stand up while cycle and using your arms like a ski machine. Basically cross trainer but cycling)

Blimey, I find that really exhausting...Mind I think that two days working out with our small granddaughter who is nearly three, counts as a real work out! The run afterwards too... wow!

Well done on your workout and clean eating. My clean eating was good but not the best, I had to cancel my shopping order to take my father in law to hospital and all the good stuff was in the order ☹️ Still I have managed to rummage around and still eat well. Rfc x

Hope your father in law is OK. Its harder than people think to eat clean. You really have to think ahead

He is thank you just a little chest infection. I like to have a good start on a Monday, it seems to help with my resolve for the rest of the week. I have managed ok today so it might be a good week for me 😀, my favourite thing at the moment is cold chopped water melon kept in the fridge, it is lovely after a run just hits the spot and full of lycopene. 😀.
