We are coming up to the third week in August, how are we all doing?
I think the weather has been all over the place which makes everything hard to keep up with, so many days I have had the heating on (yes in August) and watching torrential rain outside, it doesn’t make it easy to get out there and do things 😀.

Another really busy week for me again. I am struggling to keep going now. The good news is that I have an Nasal spray for my hay fever again so I am in less pain with my arthritis which is helping 😀. Have a great week everyone. Rfc. X
We have been lucky with the weather down here in Somerset, just the occasional heavy, well torrential downpour! So far I have only had a pleasant drizzle on my runs Strength work not consistent but I am trying to do something once or twice a week. Floppy 'bat wings' definitely still a good incentive
I do bench dips, standing press ups and tricep stretch (see the strength and flex videos) also kneeling press ups and for the tricep stretch I hold a weight (water bottle or similar) and bend and straighten my arm up and down (hope that makes sense). Rosemary Conely has some good videos on YouTube focusing on upper arms etc. Realfoodieclub could you post a link to those exercises you sent me please 😊💪
