When to the gym tonight even though I really didn't want to. But is was ok once there. Lat pulls where tough. Leg exercise felt fairly easy. Must be the running helping 🏋️♀️

I've started the gym recently (with a personal trainer) and I agree that running really helps the legs. My trainer hasn't set me much leg work to do at all as my bottom half is pretty toned now. But, boy, my top half is both flabby and wimpy!!
Let's hope we learn to love it as much as running... not sure at this point.
