Double Tuesday but.....

5k run this morning for NRC, nothing fast just took my time and enjoyed the run.

Tonight went out with the cycling club again. 40k done. I hate hills but for some strange reason there was about 5 hills all grouped together which I just loved. My stomach was tight all way through the ride. Think that's to do with the box jumping and bar pull ups last night

The but bit, I haven't had take out food and especially macdonalds etc since August 18 Driving past on way home and I just couldn't resit the calling. Dam it was good. Im now sitting here disgusted with myself.

I've worked so hard and I just don't want this to be the downward spiral.

Remember the wise words of Abraham Lincoln "It's not how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up"

One maccy D does not a failure make. You're doing grand. Keep it up 😊

I do believe we have to have our little treats every now and then. Mine is a hot chocolate and almond croissant, I let myself have them if I feel like it after 14km+ runs 😀.
