Do not attempt Pilates roll downs after eating steak and chips, 2 decaf lattes and a chocolate tart. Not only does your stomach get in the way but it makes you feel really ikky 🤢🤣
Dispite this I reached the floor on the second roll down. Yay progress.
This week is going to be sooo bad for my waist line. 3 works do s in 2 days 🙈 luckily I'm off next week so can throw myself into some additional activity 💪
