I loved it, it was just what I was needing to get me out of an “I can’t” phase. I am putting my calendar up for the month of January, lots of cross training but I feel so strong after it all.

Who is going to join me for the next week or month.

RED January was a challenge set up by a charity called Mind, it was all about adding movement into your daily life every day. The RED first came from Run Every Day and has changed to Move Every Day. There were a few of us that started with the challenge in January but loved it so much we are keeping going to see if we can move every day in 2019.

Thank you very much. That seems really good. I have bipolar so I don’t always feel like doing anything, let alone exercising! I think I may well use this. 😊

I have set myself a limit of what constitutes movement. I think if you do this but use your own personal limits it is better. I use walking, swimming, stretching, running and weights for a bit of variety but when I was In The second week of February I got a cold and I just walked 10 mins out and 10 mins back every day and I found it really helped me not to feel the drudgery of the cold. You could start off with your own exercises for the first week in March and see how it suits you, if you like it you can carry on. Please join in and we are here to support you.
