Last week of Shake it up
Well here we are again, how have we all done? Shall we do another six week challenge? I am finding them motivating, how about you!
Well now we have hit the last week I finally feel like I have got back on track. I swam and did planks last week which was great. I want to carry on with this as it helps to give me that little niggle in the back of my brain that I have to try harder but not enough pressure that makes me want to quit for good if I don’t reach my goal. 😀
Eek! 44 is my best at the moment... had a spell where I went backwards a little... I will get to 50 and then to my next challenge of one sit-up 😂
Recovered from uti and went swimming yesterday! And - getting into the habit of meditating on my commute
