Hiya there, welcome to our little forum. Would you like to join out six week Shake up challenge, you could make it as big or small as you like. If you are new to exercise why don’t you think about. Doing an activity, walking or something three times a week. That way you can build up slowly as the weeks progress. The Stregnth and flex podcasts are good too
