Hi

On the NHS website it states that the recommended for adults is to do strength exercises two or more days a week. As a beginner and 20 years old: how many minutes shall I do a day or a week?

They recommend you do the NHS program three times a week. The Stregnth and flex podcasts take upwards of 30min but a lot of us just do the videos at home and then either go out for a run or walks (or any of your preferred cardio)
