Did my first S&F Tuesday morning whilst walking the dog.  Was really surprised at how what seemed like such simple exercises made me feel after, could really feel the difference in the areas covered especially after doing my C25K W1R1 on Monday evening.  2nd one tomorrow.....

Good going!   I'm up to the Day 5 no introduction.  I am bored with the repetition of the instructions but have overcome that by reading or playing games while on the stationary bike instead of walking and then get off to do the exercises.  I just hope I keep this up.  A friend had MI two months ago  -  great motivaion!  I have no intention of doing the C25K as I hate running.
