Does anyone have any tips for warming up a cold nose?
We've had a query here at RSA Head Office and thought we'd put it to our HealthUnlocked community.
Thanks! Hannah

Have this along with the same in hands/feet due to Raynaud's, and on occasion I have used one of those eye mask things which is on elastic, but put it on my nose! You can still breathe okay, as it doesn't cover nostrils!!
Obviously you'd feel a proper charlie going out like this, with an eye mask on your nose, but I mean try it when sitting in the lounge/in bed.
Only places I'm ever fully warm - in the shower and in my car with heater blasting at me. Not warm in bed, even with electric blanket, thermal socks, and gloves, and of course nose especially is exposed.
In the North of Canada the newsboys go round on bicycles with a knitted tea cosy type thing on their noses that ties round their ears. Is your body warm enough?
cold nose just keep knittted squares hold up with gloved hands more difficult when sleeping to keep anything on nose usualy wake you up then cover it up or shove head under quilt to warm quicker
My nose is always cold - have not found a way of warming it up yet !!!!
put some uncooked rice in a soft sock and warm it in the microwave for 30 seconds or so. Place on NOSE!
