Cold Nose
Raynauds! I get cold feet, hands and nose xxx
Yes, raynauds: cold legs, feet, hands, lips, nose, ears (one lady GP asked if my N****** turned purple with cold...apparently this does happen with raynauds)
Any extremities will do.
I'm usually sat on the settee with my hand curled round my nose to keep it warm, it was that or a balaclava lol lol xxx
Love the idea of a nose balaclava!! - I think there's an opening there for some enterprising person. My nose seems to be getting warmer now, don't know why it went so cold
I'm with you, cold feet, fingers, nose & ears. I cannot bring myself to submit to the fact that earmuffs would be helpful (as I know just the kind of mirth this would raise from my family), but lately I have discovered a more discrete solution when working from home in the evening which hasn't yet drawn their attention - ear gloves - well that is to say a pair of short sports socks that fell from the washing when I took it from the dryer & were just too temptingly toasty not to try - Having sat in the same room as the family for some time with no one noticing them under my log hair they have become my secret solution. I have toyed with the idea of a nose cosie, but don't think that I could disguise that with so much ease! I will of course be spotted one of these days & will have to give up my secret passion, but for now they are keeping me warm & making me laugh!!! Nothing wrong in that!
On a more sensible note I keep a large towel on my pillow at night & ruffle it up around my ears at night - a slightly less ridiculous solution & just one step away form a Dickensian nightcap!
