I have Raynaud's Disease (Phenomenon? I get them mixed up.) and that happens to me, too, as a part of the condition. Sometimes my nose will be very red, too, without my having touched it or anything.

Do you have the same thing with your other extremities? The only thing have have found that helps is to try to stay out of temperature extremes---especially cold.

Hi, My nose is often the first part of me to go cold and the last to warm up. I have quite a soft nose as I have lost a lot of supporting tissue though it always used to go cold. I would like to know if any others get cold eyeballs, I will be sitting watching TV and realise that my nose, eyes and arms are freezing. I know we are weird but !!!! Helen

Yes-I can get a cold nose, cold eyes, cold tongue-u name it. In fact, sat with a breeze on me during a church meeting tonight and my nose was like ice-not long till my neck and back tensed up and hands were like ice. This-with 3 layers on top and a wool coat. Sure gets tiring. No one understands.

I used to take omeprazole until I reacted very badly against it.One of the side effects was getting very cold nose, mouth and extremities when subjected to cold. Whether this was the depletion of vitamin B12 which the use of omeprazole and other PPI's cause I don't know. Certainly from that time in 2009 I now suffer from Raynauds .

Just read tonight that it's important to supplement our magnesium. Worth a try. (I have extremely low blood pressure, so dr. said I can't take normally prescribed medication for Raynauds).
