This probably sounds ridiculous, but I wake up several times in the night with a freezing cold nose. I have all the usual bedding, electric blanket etc, and take Nifedepine. Any tips?

Yip I get that too. I have a very fine throw that I pull right up past my nose. Once I'm asleep it ok & if I do wake (for the loo x 3 nightly). I just pull it back up & snuggle down. Roll on summer time.
Yes I also have a very cold nose at times. Not much I can do except cover my nose with an electric blanket or rub my hand to try to improve the circulation
Hi, gosh I thought it was because I have been without ch and hot water for 3 weeks. Glad to get to work for some hot water. I too suffer cold nose syndrome lol. I try to snuggle down, but then feel claustrophobic. New gas boiler being fitted on Saturday, looking forward to hot radiators again. I even thought about a fleecy type scarf to keep my poor little nose warm or a balaclava
Hi, Oh yes I am a sufferer of the cold nose syndrome and like Leann I give it a good rub and shove it under the blankets. My husband has been known to give it a rub for me when we are out walking.
I can relate to this. I have bought a pure goose down quilt. Lightweight but lots of warmth to snuggle around my face.
Your nose is not under the blanket/
It starts off under the blanket, but by the middle of the night, it must be peeping out!
I'm allergic to feathers, so have to use synthetic piloows/quilts.

I ordered a nose warmer on line! Seriously. I found it almost impossible to keep it warm at night without suffocating. MWW
Hello fellow sufferer. I got my nose warmer online - I can't remember address. It was woollen and rather scratchy but it did the trick. Oddly, I was suffering from a bad headache and I pulled my eye-mask down across my nose and it was perfect! Would highly recommend. I will track down that address for you. Keep Warm. MWW.
