Non-TB mycobacterial infection

I have just been told I probably have this "NTB" and it could be the cause of my bronchiectasis. They are going to do a bronchoscopy to find out just what's going on (I have a number of lung nodules too which may be linked). Anyone out there with experience of a chronic NTB?
