Can anyone recommend gloves that really do keep our hands warm. I have spent a fortune over the years and still suffer so badly with cold hands

Hi Ag474, I wear leather gloves that are lined inside. They keep my hands warm and dry. I have Raynauds and SLE. I hope this helps.

I always wear sheepskin mittens as isolating the fingers is not good. I also pop in some electric handwarmers when its really cold. Lidl are selling electric hand warmers at £12.99 really good!

I definitely rely on rechargeable battery heated gloves/ rechargeable 'hot rocks' inside mittens and rechargeable heated mittens - depending on what I am doing. In winter, or in summer with a breeze or in the shade, I have to have heat directly applied to my fingers and toes ... just keeping in the heat present in my fingers from my blood isn't enough!.

I picked up some cheap ski gloves from Aldi. They're really bulky but very warm and waterproof.

Unfortunately no. Gloves just don’t work for me and my hands just freeze inside them. What does work wonders is mittens with disposable hand warmers inside. Thoroughly recommend!

I have severe secondary Raynauds and scleroderma. I wear fleece gloves inside sheepskin mittens and disposable hand warmers. I've tried heated ski mits but the heat isn't always where I need it. My fingers are always vulnerable at all times of the year so I always have my kit with me! Good luck.

I use ski gloves or sheepskin but definitely not tight as it can reduce circulation and make it worse x

Mittens are better if using hand warmers inside. I have a wonderful pair by Sears which are based in Canada although bought in UK.

I've just invested in a muff. It's faux fur lovely n soft. I've put a silk scarf through so I can put it over my neck. It's fabulous for when you're sitting..I do a lot of sitting! 😹💜🌈😽😽Xx

I wear light fleece gloves to bed at night when suffering and it really helps as does keeping my body really warm with long underwear
