I had thought that with the warmer/hot! weather the pain in my fingers and condition of my destroyed nails would have improved - but I was obviously just being too optomistic. I do not want to be a moany old git - but am a tad disappointed. I wondered if it is the same for others. I am most grateful for your replies.

Warm weather and Secondary Raynauds
It's ok, I hate the heat! In fact, I find the heat worse than the cold. The horrible burning fingers and toes, then the fingers going blue in a heatwave just because of a gentle breezes! I may not get the ulcers in the heat, but sometimes I don't know what's worse. Sorry, I don't have any magic solutions, it's just the joy of raynaurds, good luck
I would agree with Jacko37, sometimes the heat is worse than the cold, I'm used to the cold and the chilblains, but the hot weather is just as bad, just as uncomfortable for my feet, and having M.S. and a body that is incapable of regulating my body temperature, takes me 3 days to get used to the heat, then the weather changes again, takes me another 3 days to adjust, oh deep joy, the pleasures of summer, I don't like the heat either, appreciate that most people love the hot weather, unfortunately I am not one of those
I’m a moaner too!
