Hand held massagers any help?

I have had a tightening of skin around my foot, ankle and calve. My foot often feels numb and cold. I do moisturise and use a hot water bottle but I was wondering if anyone had invested in a massager that can be used at home?

Sounds like me this but im getting tightness in my legs & arms going really vainly & my fingers are starting to curl inwards & tiny blood lines under my nose horrible just had a ana private blood test i need to see if i have this cest condition
