Hi guys.

I have just had a liver transplant and I am struggling to sleep. I seem to wake every 4 hours and cat nap when fatigue kicks in. I have a fare idea that it is the medication. I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do without taking sleeping tablets.

Can I just say, I'm taking vitamin D and I've tried listening to soothing music (only once) it works fine but I still woke up after 4 hours and then couldn't get back to sleep. Your help would be much appreciated, thanks Danny x
