im not talking about insomina just staying awake at night and waking very late morning afternoon

seems i'm always awake,but i certainly dont wake late in the morning,if i went to bed at 2am i would still be up and about by 6am.

do you find it hard to fall asleep in the first instance? i cant imaging sleeping 4 hours feels great everynight

yes very much so.....let me rephrase my earlier comment as i never get 4 hours sleep,what i meant was if i'm in bed at 2am and up by 6am does'nt mean i'm sleeping those 4 hours ,but just lolling around awake.

Sounds so awful, so you have problems falling asleep in the first instance? sorry i miss understood i went through a really bad patch with my sleep, maybe i can pass on a few of the things that i learnt? is it ok if i message you?
