Hi, Does anyone get this kind of rash on the backs of the tops of their arms. No itching but this area is always freezing cold to touch. I've had them for about 6 month flare up and calm down but never totally go away. I have PS and Raynauds. Thank you 😊xx

Hi - yes, much the same - top of arms and back of shoulders. It's just come and gone over the decades!

Yes, I've had them all of my life, though. I think it's more related to dry skin and hair follicles that don't emerge due to the dry skin scaling. If I focus on a mild scrub with a washcloth in the shower to remove dead skin and application of a light lotion it helps tame it.
