Good afternoon. I'm new to the group. I already posted an item, but thought I should introduce myself.
I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer in 2010. Had a mastectomy. Went on tamoxifen for 2 years, then quit because it made me feel miserable. No chemo.
In 2022, I was once again diagnosed with breast cancer, but this time metastatic. What a shock! It spread to my lymph nodes and lungs. Only intervention is that I am currently taking letrozole, and it is holding cancer at bay. Also did lots of research on alternative treatments, and opted for the COC protocol. Taking metformin and mebendazole now in addition to the letrozole. Also taking a host of other supplements that are supposed to help fight cancer pathways. Changed my diet, in the direction of Keto, but not quite there. Eating healthy, and low-carb. Exercising 5 days a week.
I sincerely hope that I have knowledge and/or experience that can help you, and I hope too that I can learn from you all.
Blessings!
Sue
