My Oncologist rang yesterday and advised that me bloods were fine and I can continue on palbociclib & letrozole. As you know, I’m missing a couple of Denosumab injections.
So I celebrated stable yesterday, by baking scones & enjoying a cream tea with my husband & a bottle of champagne 🍾
I’m so grateful.
Stay safe lovely ladies.

Congratulations! My mouth is watering over your scones....I've only ever had them with clotted cream in Victoria, BC. It makes me want to visit there again! Really happy to read your news.
Jo! What great news!! And I LOVE the pics... I still have 4 more hours of fasting this morning and now that will be difficult! So glad you had a proper celebration!
I had similar news on Monday ...bloods were fine and I could continue on my 30th Ibrance cycle ( wasn’t sure if they would postpone treatment in the present climate , but continuing as normal here, however I was only issued one months supply of ibrance ( I was trying to reduce my number of visits ! )
That’s great news. I’m exactly the same medication as you. I am going to miss 4 Denosumab jabs. My next appointment is July although I am due a scan soon. Not sure when I will have it as my Oncologist isn’t calling till mid May (I live in Liverpool). I had to have a break of 7 months from Denosumab as I had a tooth extraction that caused a problem with the jaw bone. I was told that it stays in our systems for a long time so missing a few wouldn’t hurt. I still take my D3+ Calcium every day though. We moved from Cornwall in 2017 and miss our creams teas. Well done and hope you enjoyed your goodies.
