Nausea without meds

My last faslodex injection was December 26. We stopped it after 4 injections since molecular testing shows I have FGFR mutation that makes me hormone resistant despite being HR+. I received xgeva on January 8. I continue to have nausea and food aversion. Is this from liver Mets? I’m frustrated because I wake up every morning wondering “how do I feel today?” Still though optimistic because I do have good days. I just can’t take that for granted anymore.

Fox Chase approved me for trial now waiting if sponsor (pharmaceutical) will. I hope so but I know they want “good candidates “ for the drug to succeed. I don’t know if I’ll be excluded for an autoimmune disease.

Many blessings to you all.

Sorry to hear you feel off some days. I have liver mets only and am not on any treatment at all at the moment as I seem to be "asymptomatic" even though my markers are high but not climbing! It is all very confusing but I do have the occasional bout of mild nausea and am definitely much less interested in food than I used to be - and that is saying a lot as it was never my big interest in life anyway! I try to go for foods which take my fancy at the time - fruit, yogurt and salads - and avoid anything which sounds/smells a bit fatty!

Hope you feel better and that the trial comes off - I don't think we get that opportunity here.
