First off I want to thank all of you for praying for me during my scan. All my lung nodules are smaller or stable since 5 months. No more plural effusion, thank you God! Abdomen is all normal. However I have a increase sclerosis and lyric component on T7. I have same on T8. Starting Zometa this week, I guess this is routine. Blood work is fair not good like 2 weeks ago, however had surgery to remove port and hopefully that’s it. Again thanks for all the prayers I received It’s working. I will continue to pray for all of you also pending reports and scans. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

Great news! I know the past few months were crazy for you. But your results say it was all worthwhile. ❤️
So happy to hear the good news💕
Good to hear Clair. Glad your doing well.
Clair, great to hear that wonderful news!. I do share your anxiety since last week ! Congratulations! Bringing my mom for her third Faslodex today. Cheers and take good care!
Hi Clair,
It is so uplifting to hear about good scan results! I have Zometa infusions once every three months, so hopefully it works well for you too. At first I had some aches and pains, but after my second infusion last month I actually felt stronger.

Thanks for telling me, does your hair fall out? The reason I ask is I’m spending almost 175 to get hair done. Don’t want it falling out 😄. The Faslodex does not have many side effects. Thanks 🙏
Hi Clair,
No, my hair has not fallen out. If anything, it's as thick as ever! I have Zoladex injections and take Letrozole too, and I was told my hair could thin on those medications, but again I have not experienced any hair loss. It's no more than usual when I brush my hair. I think it varies between patients.

Thank God your scan was good. So happy to hear good news! Continued good news Clair!
That is good news Clair. Very happy that overall things are better - YEAH!!!
Congrats on your scans!! Clair are you still only taking falsodex? Will your meds stay the same since your doing so well? God bless you
Yes, and my bones are starting to build up protective bone. I do have a new T7 lesion but I was not on any bone strengthening medicine, I’m now. My plural effusion which I never thought would go away but it did. My largest lesion in lung went from 13.9mm to 12.7mm. Everything else stable. So all the people praying for me is helping. ❤️ God bless!
Thank you for responding, I'm only on falsodex and xgeve. I've bone mets only, I went into remission April 05. My doc stopped ibrance, he stated if we have to come back to ibrance we will in the future. I feel good, working full time. I'm so glad your scan where good, I have one coming up on the 16th of next month. I will continue to pray for you. God bless.
Hi Clair, did you do any chest xray during this 5 months? My mom onco suggested to have chest xray before the 4th jab. We feel that may be too early to do that to assess if faslodex works. Do your onco mentioned how soon faslodex works? The onco decision make me worry... Thanks
No I just get the cat scans. I’m already into my 6 full month of Faslodex. I normally get a scan every 3 months but for some reason he waited 5 months. I think everyone is different with treatment and how they respond. One lady said she got 14 years on Faslodex alone. I’m sure when things start to increase or bad scan I will be on something but enjoying the freedom of feeling halfway normal.
C-O-N-G-R-A-T-U-L-A-T-T-I-O-N-S This is the power of prayer at work. I am thanking God for this great news. Today we have had (3 ) three sisters/warriors with amazing results. C-e-l-e-b-r-a-t-e ! XoXoXo
Clair19, I just read one of your older posts. I liked the comment about the wine. I’m a CA girl, so visit wineries when possible.
AS I noted in another post, my mets are in my spine and both lungs.
Ibrance/Letrozole shrunk them with no activity for 16 months. Then T4 met seemed to travel up to T3.
Ever since diagnosed in Dec. of 2016 My Onc. has ordered PET/CT scans every 4 months to watch progress. I also get Xgeva Injection every 3 months now (started out at every month.)
Take care. God bless....prayers coming your way.
Yeah my lesion in T8 traveled to T7. The other ones are scoliosis which you might know is defense for the bone. However my new T7 came up quick and the bone couldn’t defend itself quick enough. Oh well win some lose some. I hope the Zometa works well. Thanks for the prayers, sending some back at ya! Your sweet....
