I had an attack in 2019. Since then I've had my medication prescribed and monitored for first couple of weeks. I have not been back to doctors since. Should I not be having some sort of MOT to maybe adjust medication if required.. Read some horror stories about the high dose of statins I'm on and what it might be doing to my body..

Yes you should.I had a HA last June, since then Ive had an appointment at the cardiology depart where they amended my medication, three blood tests at our local surgery to check my liver function, cholesterol etc and a "healthy heart" check at my local surgery where we discussed life style, medicine usage and compliance, they also measured my BP and weight.....this will be an annual review.
Thanks John... I'm sure I had similar not long after I got home... I just thought 2 years after I would have been called in for a check.. Maybe covid is hindering this. I'll probably wait until after my holiday and phone the docs..
