Hello, does anyone know anything about HRV readings. My watch has showed me every morning for the last two weeks that my HRV reading is in the low 20’s. Should I contact my doctor or continue to monitor it?

Thank you for your message, if your smartwatch continues to alert you that you have HRV - Heart Rhythm Variability I would suggest making a GP appointment for tests, until then continue to monitor and keep a diary of any unexpected symptoms.
